Dr. Klaus Richter was appointed EVP Procurement at Airbus in 2007 and is in charge of all procurement across the entire Airbus organisation.
Following graduation from the Technical University of Munich in mechanical engineering and two years of research in the USA, Klaus Richter began his professional career with McKinsey in 1993 until he joined the BMW Group in 2003 where he was Senior Vice President Materials Purchasing in his last position.
